Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Punter is a non-custodial prediction-market protocol. We collect as little as possible and hold none of your funds. This page explains what we do and don't touch.

01 What we collect

Browsing the site and reading the docs requires no account and no personal data. When you connect a wallet or place a position, we process:

02 What we don't collect

No KYC to browse or trade. Punter does not ask for your name, email, ID or documents to use the markets.

03 On-chain data is public

Anything settled on a blockchain — markets, positions, payouts — is permanently public by design. Punter cannot delete or hide on-chain records. Treat your wallet address as public.

04 Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies plus privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising or fingerprinting cookies are set.

05 Third parties

Wallets, RPC providers, oracles and block explorers you interact with have their own policies. Links from the site (X, GitHub) lead to third-party services we don't control.

06 Your choices

You can use most of the site with no data shared at all. Disconnecting your wallet stops all wallet-linked processing on our side. On-chain history, being public, remains.

07 Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the protocol evolves; the date above reflects the latest version.
